Have you or someone you know had an adverse reaction to a vaccine – any vaccine? If so get it reported into CHD’s vaccine reporting system. This gives people a safe place to report symptoms thought to have been connected with a vaccine. It also helps see a fuller picture of adverse events versus government reporting systems (for example, reporting to VAERS is often only 5-10% of total reactions).
